Hours are flexible. As long as they are working 8 hours a day Mon-Fri, start time, end time and lunch break can be flexible.
This position will last 1 year with an extension for another year.
Candidate can start as soon as possible after background screenings and medical tests are cleared.

Duties
- Chemical Sample Handling (Picking, Packing & Shipping)
- Preparation activities for chemical samples
- Inventory and order management support
- Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines
- Support activities related to sample logistics
Requirements
- Proven record of reliability as a dependable team player that shows up to work each day
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills
- Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices
- Ability to adhere to all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE
- Favorable results on pre-employment drug test, background check, and compliance documentation
- College Level Chemistry required
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs
Workspace
- This is not a bench lab setting, it is more of a warehouse setting
- Chemical handling
- Receiving chemical inventory
- Receive large 2 1/2 gallons of chemicals, need to break-down into 50ml sample sizes to send out
- Pouring chemicals from 1 container to another
