Customer Success Associate

Customer Success Associate (Health & Wellness)

Compensation

• $17–$20/hour, based on experience
• Performance bonus up to 30 percent
• Hourly role

About the Role

We are hiring a Patient Success Associate to conduct proactive introductory calls with patients after they receive their first shipment of prescribed wellness medications. These calls are designed to check in, answer non-clinical questions, reinforce confidence, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This is not a medical role. Clinical or technical questions are escalated to the prescribing provider.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-facing background who is genuinely interested in health, wellness, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound check-in calls with new patients
• Confirm medication delivery and understanding of next steps
• Answer non-clinical questions related to experience, routine, and expectations
• Provide reassurance and guidance while staying within scope
• Identify concerns and escalate appropriately to clinical staff
• Document call notes clearly and accurately in CRM systems
• Share recurring patient feedback with internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or customer support
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Comfortable having proactive, unscripted conversations
• Ability to follow process while exercising good judgment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or strong personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness brands, or subscription services
• Prior experience conducting outbound or follow-up calls
