You’ll be trained from the ground up in personal finance, protection planning, and client communication; while earning performance-based income and building a career path where you control your growth, schedule, and earning potential.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

Learn a proven financial education & life insurance system (full training provided)

Meet with families via Zoom to educate them on protection and planning options

Follow up with warm leads from social media, digital marketing, and referrals

Attend weekly virtual trainings and mentorship sessions

Build real, transferable skills:
leadership, communication, financial literacy, client service

🏆 Who We’re Looking For

18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven

High integrity — people always come before profit

Competitive mindset or leadership/sports background is a plus

Coachable, curious, and hungry to grow

💰 Compensation + Perks

Performance-based 1099 income (you earn what you put in)

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Commissions paid twice per week

Trained associates typically close 2–5 policies weekly

100% sponsored state licensing after training completion
