2026 NextGen Internship Program - Quixote Studios

Quixote Studios is one of the largest companies in physical TV and Film production, with the largest fleet of trailers in the Los Angeles market, in addition to its vast portfolio of sound stages, light & grip, trucks, generators, production supplies, and more. Through our paid NextGen Internship Program, we are seeking interns to join our team for 10 weeks and gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at a Quixote Studios location. As an integral member of our teams, you will contribute to day-to-day operations, assist with special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain exposure to the inner workings of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Support our teams with day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals.
  • Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you’ve learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program.
  • Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.  Your cover letter must clearly indicate your desired location & department(s) of interest, availability, and outline how your major, prior work experience, and/or career goals apply.

Additional Information

  • Duration: 10 Weeks
  • Pay Rate: $23.00 an hour USD
  • Accommodation for travel, room, and board will not be provided and will be the sole responsibility of the intern.

Essential Physical Functions / Environment 

  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Requires a wide range of constant physical and office activities, including but not limited to: walking, standing, sitting, talking, speaking, bending, lifting, finger manipulation, etc.
  • Frequent repetitive movements.
  • Requires work such as tours throughout the property, including construction sites, usually performed by walking and by climbing stairs.
  • Requires movement between departments to facilitate work.
  • Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
