Lead Conversion Representative

Compensation: Commission-Based (with opportunity to transition to paid internship + bonus structure)

About Us

Yulli Therapeutic Healing Center is a holistic wellness studio dedicated to helping clients relieve stress, heal emotionally and physically, and live healthier lives. We offer therapeutic massage, wellness services, retreats, community events, and transformative healing experiences.

We are growing and currently generating leads through digital ads, campaigns, and social media and we’re looking for a motivated student to help us nurture those leads and support our sales/marketing process.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, client-facing internship for a student who is confident speaking with people, organized, and excited about wellness. You will be responsible for reaching out to incoming leads, following up with potential clients, answering basic questions, and helping guide them into booking appointments, attending events, or learning more about our services.

You will also support light marketing and communication initiatives to help improve conversions and client experience.

 

What You’ll Do

Call incoming leads generated from ads and campaigns

Follow up with warm leads by phone, text, and email

Share information about services, pricing, offers, and programs

Track leads, conversations, and outcomes in simple systems

Support marketing efforts such as messaging, campaign ideas, and feedback

Assist in improving customer experience and outreach strategies

Collaborate with our team on growth initiatives

 

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Comfortable communicating on the phone and speaking with people

Friendly, confident, and professional

Organized and reliable with follow-through

A self-starter who takes initiative

Interested in wellness, mental health, healthcare, or business

Bonus: experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (not required)

 

Compensation & Growth:
