The Opportunity

Luckin Coffee is expanding in the U.S., and we need a hands-on leader to help run our Midtown location. This is the perfect move for an experienced barista or crew member who knows the ropes and is ready for more responsibility. You will act as the Store Manager's right hand, setting the tone for the team and ensuring every customer walks away happy. If you are looking for career growth with a new brand, this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Floor: Direct the team during your shift to keep operations running smooth and efficient.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every drink served meets our high standards and that customers get a great experience.
  • Operations Support: assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies.
  • Safety First: Perform food-safety checks and ensure the store remains clean and compliant.
  • Coaching: Mentor new hires and help your teammates improve their skills.

What You Need

  • Experience: 1-2 years in food service, beverage, or retail.
  • Availability: You must be able to work a rotating schedule. This includes Opening (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and Closing (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Reliability: A track record of showing up on time and being dependable.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
