Certification Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support the growth of our certification program through coordinated marketing efforts, business development support, and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns promoting certification program across email, web, social media, and other channels
  • Write and edit certification-related content for web pages, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and enrollments in CRM or other systems
  • Prepare proposals, pricing materials, and sales documentation as needed
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to certification growth, including inquiries, registrations, enrollments, and conversion rates
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support marketing and business development strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinating timelines, approvals, and deliverables across projects

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in marketing coordination, business development support, or analytics-related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email marketing platforms, social media, and CRM systems
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in certification, credentialing, education, or association environments
