About the Role: Join our innovative team at Scholarships.com as a Copywriter, where you will play a pivotal role in communicating the value and opportunities provided by our platform. This position requires a creative and technically skilled individual who is passionate about writing engaging copy across various media including web, video, print, and social media. Your contributions will enhance our user experience and expand our reach across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content that clearly articulates the value of Scholarships.com to a diverse audience.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) strategies into web content to enhance the visibility of Scholarships.com in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Tailor the style and tone of the copy to the audience, ensuring that it resonates and drives engagement.
  • Publish new content as well as revisit and edit existing content on Scholarships.com.
  • Research and contribute ideas to content page structure to increase engagement and ensure the best user experience.
  • Collaborate to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining a balance between long-form and short-form content creation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong proofreading acumen and investigative research skills.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy and familiarity with publishing applications.
  • Proven ability to communicate information effectively.
