Job Title: Maintenance Technician Lead
Location: Castle Rock, CO

Pay: Up to $35/hr. DOE
Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends as needed)

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Maintenance Technician Lead for a luxury apartment community in Castle Rock, CO! The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance experience, including swimming pool upkeep and repair.

 

Onsite living is available as an option for the right candidate.
There is no on-call requirement until permanently hired by the client.

 

Job Highlights:

• Lead and perform general building and apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Swimming pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and seasonal maintenance
• Complete work orders efficiently and support residents with service needs
• Coordinate unit turnovers and prepare apartments for move-ins
• Help maintain grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and management to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule

 

What we look for:

• Reliable transportation or willingness to live onsite
• Proven experience in apartment or facilities maintenance, including pool care
• Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to resident satisfaction
