Role Overview

PROJXON is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments. This role plays a key part in identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with leadership to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for interns and early-career roles, from sourcing to offer stage

Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with open roles

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, interest, and cultural fit

Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate next steps clearly with candidates

Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements

Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the hiring pipeline

Support pre-onboarding and onboarding coordination as needed

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously

Interest in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Prior recruiting, HR, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
