Associate Governmental Program Analyst

Under the direction of the Accounting Administrator I (AAI) Supervisor, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) coordinates, prepares, reconciles, and analyzes functions of the California Prison Industry Authority’s (CALPIA’s) Fiscal Services division in accordance with the policies and procedures of the State of California.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Excel experience
  • Experience writing procedures, memorandums, other written correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and updating routine analyses and reports.
  • Experience collecting, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting numerical data.
  • Experience working with accounting or financial data.
  • Accounting work experience with state/ government
  • College degree with classes or courses - Emphasis in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Math
  • Work Experience in Customer Service/ Assisting Others
