What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our People Operations team and contribute to:

Talent Acquisition: Support in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across different countries.

Employee Engagement: Assist in creating and implementing engagement programs.

HR Operations: Maintain and organize HR data, assist with documentation, and help streamline internal processes.

Global HR Projects: Collaborate on initiatives that promote cultural diversity and global inclusion.

Communication: Support HR newsletters, announcements, and internal communication tasks.

You’ll gain real-world HR exposure in a dynamic, remote-first, global environment.

What You’ll Learn

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Who We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication, organization, and people skills.

Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.

Bonus: Interest in global business, people analytics, or HR technology.
