Position Summary:
The Supervisor / Store Manager is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of our Atlanta facility. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. The Supervisor / Store Manager will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service are consistently maintained.
We pride ourselves in building strong relationships with our customers and gaining a repeat customer base.
Ideal candidates have supervisor, manager and/or lead customer service experience. Including party host tip allocation, the compensation could be higher that the base rate. Rate can increase rapidly based on performance.
This position is supervisory as well as hands-on with assisting in all roles. Your responsibilities would include overseeing general store such as:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising the team
- Hosting kids birthday parties
- Working with the team as needed as well delegating tasks and checking team member’s work
- Executing cleaning and other checklists - both delegating and completing tasks
- Ensuring the facility stays clean and in good repair
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
- Opening and closing the store
- Overseeing inventory - making sure things don’t run out so things run smoothly
- Coordinating parties and other events - seeing to the details of those events in advance
- Modeling excellent customer service and mentoring team in customer service as needed
- Training of new team members
- Ability to be flexible in all areas of the store - shift leads are trained in all areas including admissions, cafe, kitchen, party hosting, etc. Must be able to fill in or assist in any role as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - role requires handling difficult customer situations, replying to customer calls and emails and being able to quickly write professional, succinct email replies.
- Light sales aspect - ability to talk to customers in a way that shows our facility and party services in the best possible way - informing customers about party add-ons, ticket upgrades, etc.
- Must be outwardly energetic and enthusiastic
- LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM HIRE - SOMEONE WHO WILL BE ABLE (AFTER A TRAINING PERIOD) TO HELP GROW THE BUSINESS.
*We are looking for a long-term fit for this position. There is opportunity for a supervisor / shift lead to grow into a store manager role. Those with experience being on their feet, working directly with customers and team members in fast-paced environments are the ideal candidates - previous restaurant or entertainment industry experience is preferred.
