A college degree in commercial interior design, business administration, communications, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
This is a 100 percent in-office position, Monday through Friday. Our office and warehouse are located in Marina del Rey, CA. Proximity to the office is preferred to support collaboration and a consistent in-office schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $48,000–$54,000 per year
Eligible for year-end profit sharing
4 weeks paid vacation annually

Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Inside Sales Studio Coordinator (40 hours per week) to support our sales, studio, and operations teams. This role plays a key part in shaping the client experience and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing inbound inquiries for our contract upholstery and drapery collections
Preparing and sending quotes, checking stock availability, and processing orders
Coordinating samples and supporting warehouse operations
Assisting clients with material selection and project support
Managing CRM data and tracking projects
Client outreach and follow-ups
Coordinating with purchasing and shipping to ensure timely delivery
Resolving order or product issues with professionalism and care
Collaborating with the sales team to support revenue goals and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client experience skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems
Startup experience is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience in design, hospitality, or textiles is a plus
Ability to commute reliably to our Marina del Rey office on a daily basis
