About the Internship

Kickstart your career in the beverage industry with Columbia Distributing’s Beer Careers Internship Program — a paid, 10-week summer experience designed for students who want hands-on business experience, leadership development, and real-world exposure.

Interns are placed within a specific department (Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, or IT) and work on meaningful, resume-building projects, while also gaining field exposure through warehouse, merchandising, and delivery ride-alongs.

What You’ll Do

• Work on real business projects with your assigned department
• Collaborate with mentors and department leaders
• Analyze data, conduct research, and present recommendations
• Participate in leadership and professional development workshops
• Complete and present a Capstone Project solving a real business challenge
• Gain field exposure through warehouse, merchandising, and delivery ride-alongs

Who We’re Looking For

• Rising seniors (juniors and seniors) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Business, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Marketing, or related fields
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Leadership experience through school, work, or community involvement
• Must be 21+ by internship start date
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
