Attollo Summer Programming Intern

About Attollo Prep: It is a fulfilling time to join the Attollo Prep team. Attollo has undergone a transformational change, going from serving a handful of 12th graders to annually working with over 400 11th and 12th grade scholars from ten school districts across Lancaster County! Role Overview: The Attollo Summer Programming Intern will primarily work under the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) to help coordinate and execute summer programming. Summer programming covers a wide range of interests and specializations, including, but not limited to: personal statement editing, college tour support, group workouts at TreadHouse, and personalized one-on-one support for our scholars as they transition into their senior year of high school. 

Responsibilities:

  • General program support
  • Planning and executing programming
  • Facilitating large group discussions
  • College tours support
  • Scholar Mentorship
  • Create intentional moments for scholars
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Rising junior or senior in college
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Detailed oriented
  • Experience mentoring, teaching, or tutoring high school students (preferred)
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Canva (preferable)

Hours and Expectations: This internship is a 10-week commitment. Your standard weekly hours will be Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM (hours subject to change) + 1-2 weekends to support college tours. College tours are full day overnight experiences. Staff are to be “on duty” for the entirety of the tours.

  • Missing Days or times
    • You will not receive pay for missed days over the summer. Pay will be prorated based on your daily calculated pay. 
    • No call no shows can lead to immediate termination
  • Punctuality
    • If timely arrival becomes an issue you may be deducted pay and/or be dismissed after a warning. 
  • Other work and extracurricular
    • You may not be taking a course or working for another company during our assigned work hours including college tours.
  • You will be obligated to come to the office the day of long events or tours unless stated otherwise.

Start Date: June 1, 2026
End Date: August 7, 2026
