Website Visual Refresh Volunteer (Project-Based)

Our nonprofit organization is looking for a volunteer to help with a visual refresh of our existing website.
This is a short-term, project-based role focused on improving visual consistency and user experience.
No event-related work is involved.

Responsibilities

Review our current website layout and visual style

Improve color palette, typography, spacing, and banners

Optimize visual hierarchy to better highlight our mission and programs

Propose improvements to homepage and key pages (About / Programs / Donate)

Optional (if CS background):

Apply visual changes directly to the site using our existing files

Deliverables (One of the following)

Option A (Design-focused):

Figma / Canva mockups + visual improvement suggestions

Option B (CS / Web-focused):

Updated website files with improved visual styling

Short summary of changes made
