Experiential Science Teacher

Welcome to YBEC, with six campuses across south-central PA, we offer an innovative approach to education that seamlessly integrates experiential learning with adventure. We take pride in our commitment to maintaining a low student-to-staff ratio, ensuring a maximum of 1:4 students per elementary classroom and 1:6 students per secondary school classroom. This deliberate approach allows our educators, counselors, and adventure professionals to provide individualized attention, fostering a profound sense of belonging. By tailoring our teaching methods, our dedicated educators actively engage, encourage, and empower students. This approach fosters their academic, social, and personal growth both within and beyond the classroom walls.

Are you ready to teach science in a hands-on and creative way? Yellow Breeches Educational Center is seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team as a Science teacher. Our science curriculum rotates though Biology, Earth Science and Physical Science.

A Bachelor's Degree is required to obtain teacher certification. YBEC offers a competitive salary and benefits program. Salary range reflects certification and experience.
