Content Marketing Coordinator
PickFu is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Content Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, loves experimenting on social media, and wants hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our team, contribute to real campaigns, and help shape the voice of a fast-moving company in the consumer research space.
You will report directly to PickFu’s Marketing Lead, Adrienne Van Niman. This role has room to grow and evolve based on your performance, initiative, and areas of interest.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experiment with formats and messaging to understand what resonates on each channel.
- Create and edit basic video content – especially vertical formats for social. (You’ll also collaborate with our video editor.)
- Maintain a social content calendar, track performance, and analyze what’s working to inform future posts.
Content & Newsletter Support
- Follow our process for producing and scheduling monthly newsletters.
- Repurpose newsletter content into additional formats and distribute across relevant channels.
General Marketing Support
- Support co-marketing efforts with external partners (coordination, webinars, sponsorships, guest blogs, etc.)
- Draft and edit a variety of content – blog posts, guides, landing pages, emails – using AI tools as appropriate.
- Jump in on a range of marketing projects as priorities shift.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience adapting messaging for different audiences and types of content.
- Understanding of social media best practices.
- Some experience creating content (social posts, videos, emails, blogs, etc.) Experience creating vertical-format video is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva or similar tools) for creating marketing visuals such as social post images, video thumbnails, etc.
- Flexible and adaptable as priorities may shift quickly.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, and willingness to learn more.
- Comfortable with everyday business tools (email, Slack, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.) Bonus points for experience with CMS platforms, website builders, or marketing automation tools.
- Bonus points: experience in the e-commerce industry.
Availability & Compensation
- Part-time: 10+ hours per week (flexible based on availability).
- Work hours are flexible, but must include a few hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9am-5pm).
- Compensation: $20–$30/hour, based on experience.
