What You’ll Do

You’ll turn raw footage provided by the brand into engaging, on-brand social content.

Your responsibilities include:

Creating 1 static post + 1 short-form video (Reel/TikTok) per week

Editing raw video footage into engaging short-form content

Writing engaging captions aligned with our brand voice

Using industry-relevant hashtags for reach and discoverability

Spotting trends and adapting them thoughtfully for our brand

Suggesting content ideas and asking for specific raw footage when needed

Creating content around topics such as:

Product & packaging

Ingredients & sourcing

Founder story & founder life

Small business challenges

Behind-the-scenes moments

Skills & Tools Required

Strong video editing skills for short-form content

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram in-app edits (or similar tools)

Good sense of pacing, hooks, text overlays, and music

Comfortable writing captions that feel natural, relatable, and engaging

Familiar with Instagram & TikTok formats and best practices

Some prior experience creating social media content for brands (food/wellness is a plus)
