Event Sales Representative

A personal vehicle is REQUIRED for this position.

The fast growing DMV-based Bakery is looking for an experienced Event Sales Rep with a vehicle to be responsible for managing our presence and sales efforts at pop ups, in store demos and weekend festivals in the DMV metro area. This responsibility includes the DMV market and occasional special events in the surrounding area. We ensure that a full supply of baked goods and necessary signage is ready for each event. The CEO and other staff will make occasional appearances at events to support sales efforts and meet with customers but the Event Sales Rep should expect to be handling the following responsibilities solo:

-Communicating as necessary with organizers

- In person visits to potential clients
-Ensuring that all marketing materials and baked goods are on display
-Handling all market setup needs to ensure that we are ready for customers when event begins

-Promoting the brand and selling products
-Tracking market sales and providing feedback

Compensation will be a combination of hourly rate plus sales commissions
