Business Development Representative

Job Description
We are expanding our business development team and seeking individuals who are growth-oriented, disciplined, and open to structured coaching. This role focuses on learning proven systems, executing daily activity standards, and developing long-term professional value.

Advancement is performance-based and supported by mentorship.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through scheduled conversations

Follow defined sales frameworks and processes

Execute daily activity expectations

Track performance metrics and outcomes

Collaborate with leadership during training
