Registered Clinical Intern

Registered Clinical Intern (LMHC-I, RMFT-I, RCSWI)

Supportive Engagement is growing and seeking a Registered Clinical Intern who is interested in long-term professional development within a collaborative group practice.

Supportive Engagement is a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed group practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We are intentional about building a connected clinical team and are looking for interns who are interested in developing their clinical identity, deepening their niche, and growing within a group practice setting that values collaboration and consistency.

We are particularly interested in interns who:

Speak Spanish or Portuguese fluently

Have an interest or training in couples therapy

Are passionate about working with one or more of the following populations:

  • Neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autism)
  • Young children (as young as 3 years old)
  • Children, teens, and families

Are beginning to develop a clear clinical niche and are eager to grow that specialty within a group practice

Are seeking long-term professional growth and mentorship, rather than a short-term placement

What we offer:

  • Monthly consultation calls focused on support, learning, and collaboration
  • Ongoing clinical training to help you strengthen your chosen niche
  • A welcoming, team-oriented environment that values connection and mentorship
  • A practice culture that prioritizes professional growth, collaboration, and mutual investment.

This opportunity is best suited for Registered Clinical Interns who are interested in growing with a practice, building strong clinical foundations, and contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team.
