Inclusion Fusion is a social community for neurodivergent adults, built around friendship, connection, and belonging. Our programs focus on socializing, hanging out, and building real relationships in a fun, inclusive environment. Everything we do centers on community, energy, and meaningful connection.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that community while also helping keep the day to day and big picture work running smoothly.

Role Overview

The Office Assistant supports the owners & directors of Inclusion Fusion with administrative tasks, organization, communication, and event support. This role blends office work with hands-on involvement in our programs and events. 

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech savvy, detail oriented, and socially confident. You will be present in our community regularly, so strong interpersonal skills and positive energy are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the owners/directors with daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with communication with families, staff, and vendors
  • Help plan, prep, and support events and social groups
  • Assist with website updates, flyers & graphics
  • Be a positive, engaged presence in the Inclusion Fusion community

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, social environment

     

Experience working in the disability or neurodivergent community is encouraged but not required. The most important qualities are empathy, respect, strong people skills, and the ability to connect authentically with our members.
