Company Overview

Optima Sports Group accurately predicts athletic performance in professional and amateur sports. After working with professional sports teams, agents and players for the past decade, Optima is taking their human performance theory models into high school football, College, Esports, competitive youth soccer and baseball.

Project Description
Students on this team will sort performance data for the models, provide data management and strategic analysis yielding market insights. The team’s deliverable specifically is a “Player Performance Evaluation Report” which identifies the athlete’s current performance capacity and key resources to develop. Students will utilize Optima’s baseline models and will add youth data specific to performance-based measurements and strategic growth initiatives. Industries for this semester's project will be Esports, Lacrosse, Tennis, Golf & Professional Racing.
