Internship Overview


We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our supplier relations team in identifying, evaluating, and building partnerships with new equipment and service suppliers for our pharmacy customers. This role provides hands-on experience insupplier negotiations, market research, and relationship management within the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities
· Research & Identify Suppliers: Conduct market research to identify potential
suppliers of pharmacy equipment and services.
· Outreach & Relationship Building: Engage with prospective suppliers via calls,
emails, and meetings to explore partnership opportunities.
· Supplier Evaluation: Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and service levels to
ensure alignment with business needs.
· Negotiation & Onboarding: Assist in contract discussions and supplier
onboarding processes.
· Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor
partnerships, and supplier landscapes to drive strategic decision-making.
· Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and operations
teams to ensure seamless supplier integration.
· Data & Reporting: Maintain supplier databases, track interactions, and generate
reports on supplier performance and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
(preferred).


· Prior experience in business development, sales, or supplier relations is a plus
but not required.
