Tutor – Small Group Instruction (K–12 | LAUSD Schools)
Southeast Community Foundation is seeking passionate and experienced individuals to provide small-group tutoring to K–12 students in LAUSD schools multiple times per week. This is an excellent opportunity for certified teachers, college graduates, retired teachers, substitute teachers, and paraprofessionals.

Job Details
- Pay: $25–$31 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Southeastern Los Angeles
- Status: Part-time
- Program Dates: Immediate start through mid-May
Qualifications
- BA or BS required (Teaching credential preferred)
- Ability to confidently teach up to 12th grade, specifically Math and ELA
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience in ELA and Math strongly preferred
- Experience planning and delivering instruction to small groups preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain TB clearance and pass a LiveScan background check (costs covered by SCF)
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for students
