Teacher - Visual Impairments
Under the direct supervision of the Principal-Special Education, provides appropriate educational services to students with identified visual impairments and develops and writes individual education programs (IEPs) for the students.
CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential authorizing Visual Impairments; or
- California teaching credential with authorization to teach visual handicapped students (EL CLAD)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

- Copies of official transcripts, copies of evaluated transcripts are required for candidates who have attended colleges/universities outside of the United States (official/sealed transcripts must be provided upon hire)
- Copies of credential(s) or copy of temporary county certificate (TCC)
