Universal Music Group 2026 Summer Internship Program

The UMG Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week immersive experience, designed to identify and develop the next generation of music industry leaders through hands-on experiences across a wide range of participating labels and business units.
2026 Summer Internship Program Dates: June 8th 2026- August 14th 2026
Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the US, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2026 and Fall 2028
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
- Legally authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, CPT, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20-40 hours per week (hours are based on participating label and/or business area)
