About the Role:
As an Advisory Intern, you’ll work directly with professionals who help executives and business owners set and achieve organizational goals, improve processes, and make informed decisions. You’ll contribute to projects spanning management consulting, financial analysis, and technology implementation, giving you exposure to a broad range of advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with goal setting, tracking, and business planning for client organizations.
- Support projects involving organizational design, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to management mentoring and professional development initiatives.
- Help analyze financial data and prepare insights to support client decision-making.
- Assist clients in leveraging existing business systems and gain exposure to new technology implementations.
- Participate in consulting projects to evaluate and recommend information systems solutions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (junior, senior, or MAcc/MBA student).
- Interest in pursuing CPA licensure (if applicable).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and business principles, with an interest in technology.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate on projects.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to client-facing work.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Status: Internship (Full-time during internship term)
