IT Desktop Analyst – Spanish Speaking
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish speaking IT Desktop Analyst to join our company. You will collaborate with other information technology professionals to implement and maintain computing, network, and infrastructure assets for our client end users.
Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently. Maintain ticket documentation.
- Desktop Infrastructure Management/Support: Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and other 3rd party devices including hardware and software components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Software Deployment: Manage software installations, updates, and patches, ensuring that all desktop systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements as needed, and maintain an inventory of desktop equipment.
- Security Compliance: Enforce security policies, perform regular system audits, and implement measures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to desktop configurations, processes, client systems, and user support procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to identify and implement technological improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on desktop applications and best QA device repairs and software installations based on our documented procedures.
- Asset Management: Configure and maintain asset documentation and logs of machine issues, errors, and repairs.
- Monitoring: Perform system, network, and device monitoring.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Spanish and English speaking and writing proficient
- Associates degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology
- Proficiency in programs such as Active Directory, Microsoft PowerShell, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of two year's experience in computer networks solutions, operating systems, or other IT-related positions
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and command-line preferred
- Knowledge of basic HIPAA compliance requirements
- A CompTIA A+ certification for computer technology -Not required.
