We’re expanding our presence across digital platforms and industry events, and we’re looking for a versatile, creative, and motivated team member to join our Walnut office.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Media & Marketing Coordinator who can support our content creation, social media presence, and light sales activities. This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a dynamic environment. We are willing to train the right candidate — what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
🎥 Content Creation & Media Production
- Film product videos, behind-the-scenes content, customer showcases, and event footage
- Edit videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Capture photos as needed for marketing and documentation
- Manage and organize media assets
📱 Social Media Management
- Post regularly on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Assist in developing content ideas and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Track engagement and help optimize content performance
💼 Office & Administrative Support
- Assist with general office operations and coordination
- Support day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly
- Help prepare materials for meetings, events, and trade shows
💬 Sales Support (Commission-Based Opportunities)
- Assist with customer inquiries and product information
- Support sales team with follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Participate in occasional sales activities (commission available for closed deals)
🎪Events & Trade Shows
- Attend occasional weekend or weeknight trade shows, open houses, or industry events
- Support booth setup, customer engagement, and event logistics
Qualifications
Required
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Basic familiarity with video recording and editing tools (we can train)
- Comfortable being on-site in Walnut, CA, Monday–Friday
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Chinese Mandarin language skills
- Experience with social media content creation
- Basic sales or customer service experience
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or building materials
