We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager Trainee to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

 

Position Overview

 

The Property Manager Trainee position is designed for individuals looking to build a successful career in commercial real estate. Through hands-on training and direct mentorship, you will gain exposure to all areas of property management, lease administration, vendor relations, and financial processes. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, grow and contribute to the management of a diverse retail property portfolio.

 

What You Will Learn

 

Lease Administration & Documentation

 

  • Become proficient in reading and understanding the Noble Standard Lease
  • Learn to complete new leases and renewals
  • Prepare new lease files from start to finish
  • Learn to prepare lease amendments and lease assignments

 

Property & Market Operations

 

  • Visit properties within a day's drive to gain hands-on experience
  • Conduct market visits, evaluate competition, and understand surrounding trade areas
  • Become knowledgeable in shopping center restrictions


 

Tenant & Vendor Management

  • Review and analyze tenant sales reports
  • Learn how to prepare new vendor packets and understand vendor onboarding requirements

 

Financial & Operational Processes

 

  • Learn the workflow for invoice approvals
  • Gain exposure to the administrative and compliance functions of property management

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields ideal)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license (property visits required)
