Material Supply Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

 

To provide a rising Junior or rising Senior an opportunity to gain experience within a Manufacturing environment. The focus of the program will be to work on projects to improve the processes of our Warehousing Operation, focusing on process flows, to improve Warehouse efficiencies. This position will also work in collaboration with other areas of the Manufacturing Facility and the intern will work on projects outside of the scope of Warehousing. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Problem Solving – in the Manufacturing/Warehouse environment, by first training with SMEs to understand the processes and the associated opportunities. 

Decision Making – through the implementation of projects. Identify problems, work with SMEs to align on solution, implementation. 

Independence of Action and Accountability – work with SMEs to understand processes/opportunities. Collaborate with SMEs and Management on Project(s) and associated actions.
