Are you a strategic communicator who thrives in large-scale transformation environments? We’re partnering with a large utility company in Allentown, PA to find an experienced Corporate Communications Specialist III to support a major ERP transformation initiative.
This is a long-term, remote opportunity with excellent pay and stability, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and change enablement across a high-impact program.
What You’ll Do
Plan and deliver clear, timely communications to external stakeholders (including suppliers)
Support stakeholder engagement efforts such as change champion networks, roundtables, and pulse checks
Develop compelling content—messages, talking points, FAQs, and visual assets
Capture and integrate feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness
Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise branding and governance standards
Manage communication delivery across SharePoint, email, live sessions, and collaboration tools
Partner closely with Communications, Change, and COE teams to align timing and strategy
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Strong background in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement
Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (ERP or IT transformation a plus)
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
Ability to track and report on communication effectiveness
Nice-to-Haves:
ERP experience (SAP or similar)
Familiarity with tools like Asana or Azure DevOps
Basic design and brand alignment knowledge
