Creative Producer Videographer

Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate, hands-on Creative Producer / Videographer to own the creation of all video and photographic content. This role is pivotal in elevating our brand through high-performing visuals for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), paid ads, product pages, email campaigns, and organic channels. You'll produce content that highlights our American-made toolboxes on real trucks—focusing on installs, lifestyle shoots, truck builds, and customer stories—to drive engagement, conversions, and viral growth in the truck/automotive niche.

Looking for a team player that is a true "content machine" who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce/manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-volume video content, including:
    • Daily/weekly short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for virality and ad performance.
    • Product demos, installation guides, and lifestyle shoots featuring trucks.
    • Longer-form YouTube videos (e.g., truck builds, shop tours, testimonials).
    • Hero/brand videos (1-2 per quarter, potentially directing freelancers for premium productions).
  • Handle in-house photography for product pages, ads, social, and website (lifestyle and studio shots).
  • Collaborate with our team to test and iterate ad creatives for maximum ROAS.
  • Work with the Content & Organic Growth Manager on content calendar, UGC programs, and strategy alignment.
  • Manage equipment, lighting, audio, and post-production workflow to ensure fast turnaround.
  • Occasionally scout locations, coordinate with customers/dealers for shoots, and manage freelance support for larger projects.
  • Stay ahead of trends in truck culture, automotive videography, and platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional videography/editing experience, ideally in automotive, outdoor, e-commerce, or action sports brands.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high end content, short-form social videos with high engagement, and ad creatives.
  • Expertise in camera operation (Sony FX/A7 series, Canon, RED, or similar), gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio.
  • Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut; motion graphics a plus.
  • Strong photography skills for e-commerce product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Passion for trucks, off-roading, or automotive culture—bonus if you own/modify a truck!
  • Self-starter who can produce high-volume content independently while collaborating in a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location shoots (truck events, customer installs).
