E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to manage product listing on our online stores. This role requires research, photography, and strong written communication to create compelling listing that attract buyers. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research product information and determine competitive pricing
• Write clear and engaging product descriptions
• Listing on eBay and local classifieds
• Capture and edit high-quality photos for listings
• Manage and monitor incoming product in our company Data Base
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up throughout the sales process
• Maintain spreadsheets and other records as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely listings

Qualifications:

• High School or GED with relative experience listing within eBay required.
• Able to work to deadlines
• Must have previous experience listing and selling items on eBay
• Must have strong technical and Internet skills
• Must be able to read and understand the product information
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to attract buyers to listings using good descriptions and pictures
• Basic math required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers, laptops, and other consumer electronics (digital cameras, MP3 players, A/V equipment, etc.) is a MUST
• Dependable, punctual and a self starter.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Good time management skills

Other Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, balance and reach.
