As a Brand Marketing & Management Intern, you will help strengthen and scale the OmniFlex brand through consistent messaging, campaign support, and brand-focused execution across products, content, and community touchpoints.
Position Overview:
We are seeking creative, detail-oriented Brand Marketing & Management Interns to join our team. You’ll support brand initiatives that promote OmniFlex supplements, apparel, online training, and upcoming software releases by helping ensure our identity, voice, and visual direction remain consistent and compelling across channels. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in brand building, campaign coordination, and marketing operations within a growing fitness-lifestyle company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging, tone, and positioning across campaigns and platforms.
- Support planning and execution of brand-focused marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Help coordinate promotional efforts across web, email, social, and partnerships to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand strategy, differentiation, and audience targeting.
- Assist with creation and organization of brand assets (brand guidelines, messaging notes, campaign briefs, and content references).
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teammates to ensure visuals and copy match OmniFlex brand identity.
- Support influencer/ambassador outreach and partnership coordination as needed.
- Help track performance metrics and summarize insights to inform future brand and campaign decisions.
Basic Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as social media, email, and websites.
- Ability to collaborate and follow structured workflows.
- Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in brand strategy, positioning, and identity consistency across platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar organization/design tools.
- Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo) and/or social scheduling tools.
- Comfort reviewing basic analytics dashboards and communicating takeaways.
- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness and the culture around it.
- Basic copywriting, storytelling, or creative briefing experience.
