Social Media and Marketing Specialist

multi-talented Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager to join our growing team

and lead the charge for our B2B clients.


 

Job Title: Digital Marketer + Social Media Manager (B2B + B2C Focus)


 

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketer + Social Media Manager is a hybrid role for a strategic and

creative professional responsible for driving the digital presence and growth of our

B2B + B2C clients. This individual will be a hands-on contributor, owning the full

marketing funnel from lead generation to campaign execution and brand

engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B +B2C marketing

tactics, a proven track record of creating engaging social content, and experience

leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:


 

● Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

○ Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies and

campaigns for B2B clients.

○ Create and execute multi-channel campaigns on social media, email

marketing, and other digital platforms.

○ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize

strategies to ensure KPIs are met.

○ Create content, comfortable with the ability to manage cameras and voice recording for content/ad campaign video/filming/recording 

○ Ability to use various video editing tools for tik tok, instagram and youtube reels

○ Identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) for various industries and develop

targeted strategies.

Create branding strategy for in house and clients/partners


 

● Social Media Management & Content Creation:

○ Manage and grow B2B social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok,

X/Twitter, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and engage

target audiences.

○ Design and produce branded social media posts, including graphics,

video shorts, and carousel content.

○ Generate short-form video content, including TikTok shorts and

Instagram Reels, relevant to B2B (business to business)  + B2C (directly business to consumer) audiences and current trends.

○ Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.




 

● Lead Generation and Outreach:

○ Source and contact potential B2B + B2C clients on LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, You tube etc and other services, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

○ Create email correspondence to nurture leads and build rapport with

Prospects.

Create Newsletters for industry trends and update for customers

○ Optimize lead nurturing processes through email automation and

content to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

SEO management and Google listing management

Email marketing




 

● AI and Analytics:

○ Use and adapt to AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for

content ideation, copywriting, and research.

○ Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms and

provide insights.

○ Use AI-driven predictive lead scoring to prioritize prospects for sales

teams.


 

Qualifications:

● Experience in a Digital Marketing and/or Social Media Manager role, with a

B2B focus.

● Experience managing digital campaigns across various channels, including

social media, email, and advertising.

● Experience with lead generation tactics,seo management, including LinkedIn outreach.

● Experience with branding strategies and direction

● Proficiency with graphic design tools and video editing software for social

media content.

● Experience using AI tools for content creation, strategy, and automation.

● Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

● Written and verbal communication skills.

● Fast learner and consistent with staying on top of the content and ad campaign calendars for in house or partners content/video ad campaigns

● Comfortable using various video editing tools for for reels

● Ability to manage cameras, speakers for filming small scale ad campaigns or reels

● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

● Ability to multi task

● Comfortable using Ai Marketing tools or willing to learn
