Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level, Full-Time)

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $50-60K 

Woodoo Inc., a leading luxury RTA cabinet wholesaler, is seeking an Entry-Level Operations Coordinator to support the expansion of our operations team at our Chicago headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to operational processes, sales coordination, and cross-functional business support within a growing luxury brand.

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient execution of day-to-day operations, maintain workflow across teams, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational coordination and project execution
• Support sales operations, including client communication, order tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate workflows across sales, logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams
• Track, maintain, and report operational and sales data to support management decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Assist with marketing initiatives, events, showroom visits, and client meetings
• Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding order status and operational progress
• Manage administrative and operational tasks to support seamless business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Must pass a background check and drug test
