High Tides Consulting is a mission-driven consulting firm that helps organizations and leaders grow with clarity, strategy, and intention. We’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern for Spring 2026 who is equal parts creative, organized, and proactive—someone who thrives with autonomy and wants real responsibility.
This role is ideal for a student leader who’s active on campus (clubs, student organizations, fraternities/sororities, or leadership programs) and excited to build a strong content portfolio across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack.

What You’ll Do
- Own the creation of social media content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack
- Help plan and execute a consistent, on-brand content calendar
Turn ideas, insights, and thought leadership into engaging posts, captions, carousels, and short-form video - Design clean, compelling graphics and templates using Canva
- Work independently to meet deadlines and manage weekly deliverables
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Jump in on additional marketing and communications projects as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related program
- Can receive academic credit for your internship
- Are actively involved in campus leadership (student orgs, clubs, fraternities/sororities, or leadership programs)
- Are a self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction and follows through on commitments
- Manage your time well and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Have experience creating social media content (personal brand, org accounts, freelance work, or internships all count)
- Write clearly and confidently, with a strong sense of voice and audience
- Are comfortable using Canva (video editing, Reels, or TikTok experience is a big plus)
- Are interested in consulting, leadership development, entrepreneurship, or impact-driven work
