This role is designed for candidates who are interested in starting as an intern and converting into a full-time Analyst role based on performance.
Role Overview
The Analyst Intern / Analyst will support consulting engagements through research, data analysis, and presentation development. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to real client projects and mentorship from experienced consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research
- Perform data entry and data analysis using Excel
- Support quantitative and qualitative analysis for client projects
- Edit and enhance PowerPoint presentations for client deliverables
- Assist with analysis related to strategic and business challenges
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform quick, back-of-the-envelope analysis and develop estimates using limited data
- Comfortable with online research and data collection
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Strong writing skills for reviewing and improving memos, presentations, and other client-facing materials
- Interest in consulting, analytics, strategy, or financial services
