18+ with SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-focused

Compensation & Flexibility

100% commission-based (1099)

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Paid twice weekly

Trained team members typically close 2–5 policies per week
