Park College Resident
The Park College Resident helps lead a discipleship-focused ministry among college students at Park Church and on local campuses. This role is hands-on and relational—creating spaces for students to connect, building new relationships (including with non-Christian students), and helping young adults follow Jesus in everyday life.

Major Areas of Responsibility
Coordination & New Relationship—Building
- Create inviting spaces where students can meet, belong, and grow.
- Recruit and gather students for weekly college night and special events.
- Help plan for and recruit to seasonal ministry activities (Winter Retreat, Summer Mission trip)
- Initiate new relationships—both on campus and in the city—with students exploring faith or new to church.
- Foster a culture of friendship, connection, and shared life across the ministry.
Discipleship & Spiritual Direction
- Maintain a consistent, relational presence on campus and at Park College events.
- Help design environments and pathways for students to be with Jesus and live in His way.
- Regularly lead a small group of students through a bible study or book.
- Equip students to take ownership of their discipleship and engage deeply in the life of the local church.
