Connect Therapy Staffing is a small, SLP-owned company built by therapists, for therapists. We believe when clinicians are supported, students get the best care. We're currently hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist for an Elementary school-based position in Kuna, Idaho.

We’re looking for an OT who is passionate about school-based therapy and wants to be part of a company that puts therapists first.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a K–12 setting
  • Support IEP development and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families
  • Help students build skills for independence and classroom participation
  • Work during standard school-day hours

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Idaho OT License (or eligibility)
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
