Role Description: Operations Specialist (On-site, San Diego, CA)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our San Diego team. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our U.S. AI + BPO projects.

 

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for streamlining processes, analyzing operational data, overseeing project management activities, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with the Product Manager on white-labeling initiatives and UI/UX design for client-facing solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Manage daily operations for U.S. AI + BPO projects, ensuring efficiency and quality delivery.

Support automation and process optimization initiatives using data insights.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Analyze operational metrics and prepare data-driven reports for management.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support business development efforts.

Partner with the Product Manager on white-label product design and UI/UX improvements using Figma.

Conduct industry and product research to inform strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications

UI/UX design skills (Figma proficiency required)

Strong ability in industry and product research

Proven experience in operations management and data-driven process improvement

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to support sales and cross-functional initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Operations Management, or related field

Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools

Experience in technology or customer service industries preferred

Strong ownership, proactive learning, and problem-solving mindset.

 

  • English fluency required, good at client relationship; Chinese listening and speaking proficiency a bonus.
