🎥 Videography & Content Creator (Part-Time | 10–15 hrs/week)

 

Company: WISA Design Build Remodel
Location: Northern Virginia (on-site at active residential projects + office/showroom)
School Target: George Mason University students
Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible around class schedule)

 

About Us

 

WISA Design Build Remodel is a luxury residential remodeling and custom home company based in Northern Virginia. We specialize in high-end kitchens, additions, full-home remodels, and new construction. We’re growing our social media presence and looking for a creative, motivated student who wants hands-on experience filming real projects—not staged content.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Film short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Capture long-form video for project walk-throughs, case studies, and behind-the-scenes content

Record employees and project managers talking about:

Ongoing projects

Design decisions

Construction process & progress

Capture b-roll on active job sites (framing, finishes, before/after, details)

Help organize footage for editing and posting

Collaborate with our team on creative ideas and storytelling

 

What We’re Looking For

 

GMU student interested in videography, filmmaking, content creation, or media

Comfortable filming people and environments (you do not need to be on camera)

Basic experience with a camera or phone video (DSLR/mirrorless a plus, but not required)

Interest in social media, storytelling, and real-world brand building

Reliable, organized, and willing to learn

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar

Interest in architecture, construction, or design

Portfolio, sample videos, or social media work
