Project Description

Students on this project will review the Break Free Candy production operation and will research best-practices in standard operating procedures.  Students will then develop a structured production schedule that outlines how Break Free Candy can adopt the operating best-practices. This will include standardization of production, reducing waste, staff planning, and ensuring Break Free Candy optimally has the right products ready for shipping, wholesale, and retail.
