Our goal is to be the most trusted creative voice in packaging, not just another design vendor.

To support that mission, we are looking for an In-House Content Creator, essentially a Graphic Designer + Content Creator, who can help elevate our social presence and turn our real-world expertise into compelling, high-impact content.

Role Overview

This role sits at the crossroads of design, video, and content strategy. You will be responsible for designing visuals and creating short-form video content that positions Mylarmen as an authority in packaging and branding—especially within cannabis and adjacent industries.

You will work closely with leadership to capture, edit, and package content where we share expert advice, critiques, opinions, and behind-the-scenes insights into packaging, branding, and manufacturing. This is not a passive “post what you’re told” role—you are expected to think, suggest, and execute.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video

Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Capture in-office content: packaging breakdowns, expert commentary, critiques, reactions, and process videos

Translate complex packaging concepts into engaging, digestible social content

Maintain a consistent, recognizable visual and editorial style across all video content

 

Graphic Design

Design social graphics, thumbnails, story slides, and promotional assets

Support internal and client-facing design needs as bandwidth allows

Maintain brand consistency across Mylarmen’s digital presence

 

Social Media Execution

Assist in shaping and executing Mylarmen’s social content strategy

Help increase engagement, reach, and authority—not just post volume

Stay current on platform trends, formats, and editing styles

 

Creative Direction & Ideation

Proactively pitch content ideas and series concepts

Help define Mylarmen’s “voice” on social—confident, opinionated, expert-led

Identify opportunities to turn daily work into content

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

Edgy, hungry, and motivated—you want to build something, not coast

Comfortable moving fast, iterating, and learning on the fly

Confident enough to work around strong opinions and contribute your own

Obsessed with quality, aesthetics, and cultural relevance

You have:

Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required)

Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content

A strong eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling

Comfort filming people in real environments (office, warehouse, studio)

Familiarity with social-first editing styles (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Bonus points if you:

Have worked in cannabis, packaging, fashion, or consumer brands

Understand branding beyond “making things look cool”

Are comfortable being on camera occasionally
