Coach USA, a leading provider of transportation services and mobility solutions across North America, invites motivated students to join our paid Summer 2026 Internship Program, running from May 20, 2026, through August 7, 2026. This 12-week experience connects classroom learning with real-world business operations through meaningful projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Role Summary
The Commercial Intern will contribute to projects that directly support Coach USA’s growth and customer-focused strategies. Interns will work with Voyavation, our evolving digital product, which continually introduces new features and enhancements to drive business opportunities. The focus is on initiatives that grow profitability, improve customer experience, and leverage data-driven decision-making. In short, interns will be involved in meaningful work that makes an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of new product features and enhancements through data collection, testing, and feedback
- Assist in the analysis of customer usage and business performance metrics to support decision-making
- Contribute to continual improvement initiatives, including marketing and customer engagement efforts
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams on research, planning, and rollout of new business opportunities
Skills/Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Industrial Design, Communications, Statistics, or Data Analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and technical teams
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Analytical, customer-centric, and proactive mindset
Compensation
$18.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
